Tutored high school students at Rochester Young Scholars Program in downtown Rochester. I want to be a tutor because I enjoy sharing my love for reading and writing with others as well as helping to make subjects easier for students to understand and therefore enjoy. I was a biology major for two years, so I was able to absorb enough knowledge to help students who are struggling with biology. I also am an English major who wants to focus on editing, so I am knowledgeable about grammar and writing skills as well as most need to know literature for college level English.
