I am currently a writing tutor at SUNY Geneseo; Tutored Calculus in the Fall of 2011; 1410 on my SAT; 5's on AP English Lit, AP English Lang and Comp, AP Calc AB, AP Psychology, AP US History, AP Euro History. I want to be a tutor because I have a real interest in teaching and love helping others to learn. I've taken classes in a wide range of classes covering topics from Calculus to British Literature to Elementary Chinese, Spanish, and Psychology. I am have taken Calculus 3 (Multivariable Calculus), Elementary Linear Algebra (Matrices and Linear Systems), Differential Equations, Literary Theory, and several upper level literature surveys. In high school I was a member of the National Honor Society and served as a captain of the Varsity Cross Country and Track Teams.

Hobbies
I have so many interests. Some of the biggest are sports. I have experience playing Basketball and running Cross Country and Indoor and Outdoor Track. But beyond following these sports, I consider myself a baseball junkie who can never get enough. I would consider myself a huge stat geek. But my life is not just sports. I love reading, and some of my favorite books are "East of Eden", "Anna Karenina", "The God of Small Things", and "Waiting for Godot." I also love watching films. My favorites are "Citizen Kane", "The Departed", and "No Country for Old Men."
